Hi Everyone. I have an item that I sold and it was delivered to a P.O. Box, but it does not show as delivered in the USPS tracking information. The tracking information just shows “Available for Pickup”. I contacted the buyer and she ensured that she did pick it up. My question is, will I still receive my payout if the tracking information never shows “delivered”?

'Available for pickup' should be treated the same as 'Delivered', as it was delivered to the end point where they could pick it up.

Spot on. The OP fulfilled their mission and USPS did their job. The buyer might be out of the country or hiding it from their spouse or significant other
