Hi,

I keep getting the following message when i'm trying to list my items

It looks like there's a problem with this listing. We do not allow products marketed to treat or cure the coronavirus. If your product is permitted under our policies, you may relist without referencing the term coronavirus. I'm trying to list some porcelain and its nothing to do with Coronavirus and issues regarding it.

Any one got a fix for me please?

Does your porcelain item relate to a health category in any way? Or are we talking dinnerware?

Does your listing mention Coronavirus or Covid or anything about shipping delays related to the pandemic? If so, try removing that wording from your listing.

Does the name of the manufacturers name for your porcelain have the word corona in it?
