"You have to laugh to prevent yourself from crying."   Who else considers 2022 to be their WORST eBay year?  July is my only decent month with almost 40 sales.  So far, in August, 5 sales in 11 days.  3 of those came on 1 day.  I noticed someone sold 20 pairs of underwear in 1 day!  A very common item you can find anywhere & NOT have to pay shipping fees.  Yet - that sells.  Meanwhile, months in a baseball season, I cannot sell any baseball t-shirts???  For $2 per shirt; by the case -  shipping included!  Over 2 year ago, I bought 100 cases.  I still have 70 left.  Only sold 5 team cases.  Of course, they must be overpriced!  When I did sell them as singles, I would get $5-7 per shirt.  The PO, with the aid of the UPU, now sending a single t-shirt across the border went from $5 to 10.  I had to discontinue selling single shirts.  Should I even attempt selling them with BIN of $14 & free S/H?  What is your take?  Have a good night.

This has been my best year ever.  I am almost already at my sales total from last year and still have 4.5 months to go. Last year was bigger than 2020 and 2020 was bigger than 2019 even though I spent the first 3 months of 2020 in the hospital and wasn't well enough to sell until April.

You probably want to find facebook groups related to playing baseball in order to get the team's interest before they order their shirts. I think most people organizing teams don't think too hard about it and just collect however much from each person for their shirt.

I just looked at your shirts. I misunderstood. I think you have some great inventory being killed by your location because all your potential customers are all on the wrong side of the border. I would find a US seller to bulk them all out to.

$ Bilions $ in business crosses the border every year.  I do not understand why some Americans think buying from Canada is such a hassle.  It is not AT ALL!   🙂

Yes, but the difference is that I can ship those shirts to American customers for probably just over $4 and it costs you $10.  The shipping cost compared to the value of the shirts is killing them for you. If I had the space I would probably be thinking about buying them all from you but I don't have the space for them.

This is the one thing I can say about these shirts; especially selling them by the case - there is no US competition on eBay.  Shipping costs do not factor into it per shirt.  Besides, as I stated, I stopped posting them for sale, per shirt, because of the postal increase.  By the case, US buyers can get them for $2 per shirt with the shipping already included in the price.  S/H is not a deterrent.   🙂

I always have slow summers.  Except for 2020 and 2021.  But most years the summers are not exciting for a large numbers of sales.  For me August is usually my worst month of the year for selling.  By mid September the sales return for me and then a decent Holiday season.  But my best month of the year is typically January into February every year.  Oh and the week after Christmas is typically really good for me.

You don't have any competition for that specific shirt. However there are literally hundreds if not thousands of shirts for every team out there and you are competing against those as well.

Not me.  I'm beating last year & last year was my best year ever.   It's a little slow right now, but late Summer is always slow for me.

I would think those BB Shirts, at $35 with $25 shipped to US; should try $60 free shipping? Takes away the 'concern' someone may have about shipping from CA?

I looked at your items, though I wasn't clear on which shirts you were referring to.  As a metalhead, I can tell you that the various logo pins you have would be of interest to me, but not as a lot.  So, for me, the lots turned me off.

Also, as a US buyer, we'd have to deal with customs possibly & fees for currency conversion, which is not the end of the world if I really want something, but it has to be taken into account.  I did recently buy something from the UK & though it was easy, I paid more fees than expected for currency.  I admit that I didn't look up the percentage though prior to purchasing.  It's not insurmountable by any means, but it is an added layer of complexity & cost.
