I sold an item to a buyer, but 24 hours after I shipped the item, they requested a refund because they ordered the wrong thing. I don't accept returns but Ebay automatically opened and closed the case and the buyer was successful with their return request. I messaged them multiple times to figure out if and when they were able to ship it back to me, but it's been longer than 3 business days and I haven't gotten any messages back or any indication that they sent it back to me. They received the package in the mail multiple days ago as well. I don't really know what to do from here because I've never dealt with a return.
