Can't list new items since www.ebay.com passed the malware scan on Apr 17, 2019 (UTC).

I can't add new listings. I don't know if this malware scan has anything to do with it or not. If so, do I have to add Norton to my computer again. I was able to add listings this morning but not this afternoon. Help!
