Issue with international labels printed from ebay?

i've been having trouble with USPS first class international labels on both friday and today so i wanted to check if anyone else is having this issue:

i'll print labels using ebay's bulk label system for both domestic and international shipments.  however, on some of the international labels (printed through ebay system), the labels aren't attached/associated with the item number.  when i look at the 'labels' page, the labels are there, but there are no items associated with them.  therefore, ebay still shows that i need to ship the items and upload tracking.  i've tried to upload the tracking manually in ebay, but i get an error.  i've uploaded the tracking through paypal, but that's not linking back to ebay.  i can simply mark the item as shipped without tracking, but i think it's hurting my seller performance (not uploading tracking %).  i've also called ebay a few times...they see the issue, but they haven't been able to resolve nor offer any help.

anyone else have this issue come up?  thanks

It was the postal service.  I had a few here and on another site - one to Germany and the rest to Canada.  The PO couldnt process the labels.

my 4 problems labels were 3 to UK and 1 to australia.  however, i also had some international labels that worked as usual.  not sure what's going on, but i did notice that the USPS website tracking function has been down most of today.  maybe i should turn off international shipping until this is resolved....

I just had FOUR items with no tracking whatsoever until they were delivered.  Now there is a whole long history showing that hte items sat at the buyer's PO for DAYS before being delivered.  At least they also show when I actually put them in the mail - though that may not make the buyer happy for having to wait so long and the scenic route they took to the buyer's PO irks me too.
