Hello,
Apologies if this question showed up elsewhere - I posted today but don't see my post anywhere.
On my list of "unsold" items, there were always many options. You could check off the little box in front of one or more items and hit delete, sell similar, relist, etc. It was very handy for doing bulk stuff. Been doing this for years! Today, I noticed the only option I have is to delete! I cannot figure out how to get my other options back. I know I can relist, sell similar, etc. one item at a time but I really need this feature to come back as I have several items to manage.
I have two different seller accounts and on my other account, the options are still all there.
Can anyone guide me? For the life of me I cannot figure out where all these options have gone.
Thank you!

Silly question but have you checked the RH side of the items?
Sounds like one ID may have been opted into a different selling page.

On the RH side of each item, there is a pull-down menu where you can "sell similar", "add note", "relist", etc. I could mess with each listing individually by using the drop-down menu for each item.
But for years and years, there was an option where you could check a box on the left of each item, and do a bulk relist or sell similar or edit for the items you checked. My issue is that right now, the only option I have is to DELETE unsold items. I have options still available for all my active listings, and sold listings too. It's just the unsold list where those options have disappeared.
This problem is only on one of my seller accounts so perhaps I hit some change button by accident but I'm trying to figure out how to restore this.

Hi yes I even have two completely different computers going - my ipad and a Dell PC. Same issue on both, so I think it's an ebay thing and not my hardware.
To clarify, the LH boxes ARE there. But the only option the system is giving me is to DELETE those items. My usual options of relist, sell similar, etc are simply gone!
Everything is normal in my list of active items and sold items, It's just the unsold items list where my options have disappeared.

Did you check to see if ebay already relisted them for you? Maybe they changed it so those don't show up for a listing that was relisted or active? Who knows what they do every day - it's a new surprise.

I just called ebay.......... the gentleman I spoke with acknowledged the issue (meaning he sees the same problem when he looks at my account) but had no immediate solution. There IS something wrong in that those options are missing. Who knows if it is just me haha? He is looking into it.
Thanks for all the responses!

I had the same problem this morning. Look for a new feature called seller hub (I had to check a box to sign up for wait list - but it came right up). It has different screen displays but the bulk listing tool options are back.

What does SM mean that you used to get around this? Id like to fix this but a temporary way around this issue would be great so as not to have to relist each item individully!. Its only this ID too, not my main selling ID
