Issue with account

Anyone can help? I have not been able to list item for over a year .each time i try to list item it says encountered problem on our end try later .i cant find a customer service to help.anyone? Plz

Have you signed on for managed payments?  There is no more paypal for sellers to receive payments.  You need to attach a bank account to your eBay account to be paid.  You might also have to update your account & provide additional info to start selling again. Have you gone to your account and made sure everything is up to date and correct? Is your current credit or debit card saved up to date? You need to have one on file before you can sell if you don't have one saved.

If you try to reach ebay by phone, do NOT call any numbers found on google.

Those aren't Ebay numbers. They're scammers who will steal your info.

Hi i yes i have my debit card on file.i bought from the account with no problem.its the selling i have issues.i clicked on ur link and it says error.thank you for trying to help

Selling, as you know, is completely different from buying.  And there are specific things that you need to set up in your Site Preferences to be able to sell on Ebay.  Without those set up, you won't be able to sell.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.

Not "payment method".  You need to have your account set up in a specific way to be able to sell.  You can both buy and sell from the same account but if your account is only set up as if you were a buyer, you CAN NOT sell from it.
