Issue with Combined Invoices?

Having issues sending combined invoices for international buyers for 3 different buyers. Yesterday was saying that they were part of global shipping program and not eligible for combined shipping, even though I had never signed up for global shipping. Today it gives me eBay server error. Anyone else having this issue?

I looked at some of your current listings and I don't see the GSP on them.

It is true that GSP cannot combine listings.

If the items sold were older, there was a period just after GSP was introduced when sellers were being defaulted into the programme. Fortunately they listened to screams of complaint reason.

They were listed last week. Never had this problem before though so not sure what's going on.

The only global shipping recently sold listing that I noticed was the Miles Davis record.  I have no idea how just one listing could become a gsp listing..odd.

That isn't really true.   When gsp items from one seller are put into a cart, the gsp automatically combines the international portion of the shipping charge and the handling fee.   But the domestic portion of shipping won't be and can't be combined for a gsp transaction.

Yes. You are right.

I'm not clear on what a cart is and have never used it. Nor do I think any of my customers have ever used it, since most purchase one offs.
