Recently I had to "appeal" a case regarding a return I had. It was no big issue and it all got sorted out just fine, but a customer service agent had to contact me apparently to provide me with obvious information that I already knew. Fine, no problem, it all got worked out.
But then, the next day, I received an email from ebay asking me to take " survey" about my experience. I was not interested in doing so, so I deleted and I thought that would be the end of it.
So what do I receive today? See the attached screenshot.
I cannot believe that would repeatedly harass their customers this way...

I don't think it would surprise them.

I answered one once. They must have not liked the response because I never got another one.

It's just like begging for feedback. Watch what you wish for. LOL!!!

It's normal to receive these. Seeing as many sellers like to vent, the survey gives one the ability to express their feelings regarding the reason for their contact and how well the CS rep performed. They usually send you 2 survey requests. Just delete or ignore if your not interested.
That's a good point about venting.
And I did ignore & delete the first one, it's the second one that really burns me. Seriously, I wasn't interested the first time so you're going to bother me AGAIN? Just find it annoying.
Thank you for the information though!

Yes, they need their warm fuzzies. 'Course, you could line them with cockleburs. 🙂

Oh I absolutely gave them my honest opinion, make no mistake about that. Don't worry, nothing that will get me any "vacations". LOL
To summarize, let's just say I asked them why they are wasting time handing out and reading repeated surveys instead of spending some time reading these boards to see how many sellers are taken advantage of on a daily basis...

So sending the 2nd survey worked............you answered it. So I would think you will continue to get them.....

ebay UK do the same thing, but I never do surveys, so I just delete the original request, and delete the reminder too..
