If you look at feedback number next to user name, it's 7 and 8. It's the same listing under same user name. It appears to be ebay glitch on feedback section.

Interesting. At first I thought that perhaps the feedback was perhaps updating as the search results were loading, but a current search of that seller's items shows the same discrepancy:
Items listed on June 2 currently show 7 feedback on the search results page, while items listed after that show 8. Going to an item page or the seller's feedback page shows the current correct number (8).
Possibly this is related to the "April 1" feedback glitch? For most of May, feedback earned showed a date of April 1 in the app and Seller Hub, though the feedback apparently sorted correctly on the feedback page itself.

I don't think it is a glitch. I have seen the same thing when I had listings up separated by days.
as i listed an item, it would show my current feedback #, go to list a couple more items a few days later and again my feedback # would be my current but higher than the previous listings since I received a few more feed backs in that time frame.
The system lists the FB you have at the time the listing goes live and does not update it.

Inconclusive then, and no final answer from eBay, but I think the feedback number displayed is the feedback count at the time the listing was started. My current listing show the variation in feedback numbers, with the ones most recently started show the highest numbers while the oldest ones show the lowest.
It has been like this as long as I can remember. no biggie tho
