I may have made a mistake. I sent an offer for $20.00 on an item and the buyer bought it for $2.00. It could be I typed the wrong number. But, one time before there was a glitch some months ago and it was an Ebay error. Is there anywhere I can see the offer I sent?

OP is correct that not too long ago there was actually a glitch, but 99% of the time that's not the case & when it was a glitch we were getting MULTIPLE reports. Have not seen any other reports for months. Chances are that OP simply made a mistake & honestly, just be thankful it was only $18. You can always cancelthe tx, but for $18, I'd just eat the cost. Otherwise you'll get a Defect, a PO'd buyer & probably a NEG.
I am not sure why people are saying that info is not available for offers sent to watchers.
Here is a screenshot of 'review all offers' page on one of my items:

I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm curious what you think checking the offer would show. If there is an eBay glitch that allowed the buyer to accept a $2 offer, wouldn't it likely also show that you made a $2 offer?
The most likely answer is that you entered the wrong amount. It could happen to anyone. Fortunately very few lives are endangered when somebody on eBay makes a mistake. I hope you get a great sale tomorrow that makes up for it.

Here is a screenshot of 'review all offers' page on one of my items:
@itscalledapostingid B/C the question was is it possible to see it after the item has been purchased! It is not. In fact, I started my own thread about this sometime last year & even involved eBay. There is no way on Sent Offers to see it, once the item has been purchased!
What you have posted is simply the list of Active/Ended Offers Sent. Once something sold it's not on there anymore!

Look again at the ACCEPTED OFFER in the screenshot I provided.
I'm not sure if you don't believe me or what exactly you are trying to imply but I can assure you:
The screenshot is of the item's offer after it was purchased, paid for and shipped.
The information is still available for me to view today as it is available on ALL my items.
I can view accepted offers on ALL my items.
Once again: the information I have provided is 100% true. Have a nice day.

How to use 'review all offers' page to review all your offers:

@itscalledapostingid My apologies, I did not notice the "Accepted". Are those screen shots of Offers that were Buyer Initiated? IE; the buyer sent the seller an offer? I just want to clarify b/c I will have to find the thread but Ebay told me that there is NO WAY on Sent Offers to see this info, which matches my experience & several other threads where people have tried to find a way. I remember that this 'Review All Offers' screen was referenced in that thread, which is why I was trying to find an alternate way & I can find no such animal when the offers are initiated by the Seller (plus eBay told me it doesn't exist but we know they can be wrong).
On a Seller Initiated offer, once the offer is accepted, the Review All Offers is gone on the Item view & it doesn't appear on the Send Offers - Sent list anymore. I just confirmed it in case eBay has changed something. I had one this morning.
If your screen shots are posted from SELLER INITIATED offers, can you please post exactly how you got to this "Review All Offers" page? This is something I frequently want to do & have had no luck in finding this elusive page & then after my thread last year, I quit looking b/c eBay said you can't do it. I would LOVE to be proven wrong. Maybe it's just a case of eBay & myself not knowing how to navigate to this page 🤞. I actually WANT you to be right 🙂

Those are all offers I sent using the 'send offers to watchers' feature.
I have more than one of most of my items so I have the 'out of stock' feature turned on. I don't deal with one-off items very often. Maybe that is why I can see all the offer history.

You probably typed right, it showed up right where you typed it, but eBay didn't register the second zero and sent an offer for 2.00. I've had this happen a few times (one time I caught right when I sent it and cancelled the listing, another time I got a page long email about what a wonderful person I was for selling an ounce of silver for 3.00).
It's up to you if you want to honour the sale. I generally do, even if I know it's not really my mistake, I don't want to disappoint my buyer. Sometimes the buyer who gets these great deals from eBay mistakes is a repeat customer, so they will buy more again later.

It happened to me just a few weeks ago. I'm really sick and tired of posting about every single glitch I find on eBay. i find a glitch at least once a week. A few days ago all my feedback disappeared. I wanted to screen cap my ID with the big fat zero beside it, but I'm fed up with complaining about stupid stuff.
I figured my time is best spent selling stuff (or when stuff is selling, shipping it quickly).

@itscalledapostingid Thank you for your confirmation! That is exactly what I & others have wanted to do & were told there's no way. My items are all one-offs, so maybe that IS the difference, but can you please post the navigation you use to get to this screen? Not necessary to do screen shots, but just Seller Hub>whatever>whatever.
I would REALLY love to get to the bottom of this b/c if eBay was wrong & it just happens to be a screen I've never seen, it would be super helpful to know how you got there. I remember in my old thread others mentioning this screen & we couldn't find it back then either. I've gotta disappear for awhile, but I'll check back later tonight. Thank you!

I have done it. Had an item for 59.99, sent offer for somewhere around 50 to 55. Apparently I only sent it for 5.00. It sold and was paid in seconds. I didn't say a word. Just packed and shipped it. Made someone's day at least.
Now, when I send offers I make absolutely sure it is the correct amount (in green on the right hand side) before submitting it.

I viewed the 'review all offers' page on one my active items then...
I looked at the URL web address and noted the item number is part of that URL string so I replaced the item number with the number of an item that ended 60 days ago...Pressed enter and I was able to the see offer history page of the ended item (including the accepted offer.) You can try that and see if it works for you.

@itscalledapostingid Oh wow! Success! That DOES work for me too. KInd of a convoluted way of doing it, esp if you're trying to do a lot, but it DOES work! Thank you so much! I was thinking there was just a page somewhere that was to 'review all offers'. Seems to be there oughta be, since the info is there & mine looks the same as yours with the "Accepted Offer" at the top. I'm going to try & find my old thread & update it, as well, pointing to your reply here.

I once accepted an offer and did not notice that the buyer requested FREE SHIPPING on the notes. It was a heavy item. I cancelled the sale and told the buyer that shipping was non-negotiable. They threatened to give me a negative and I thanked them for writing that statement in the email and that it would definitely get the negative removed if they decide to go that route. I blocked them and never heard from them again. I relisted the item on my 2nd account with a higher starting price just in case they decided to buy. It eventually sold but to a new buyer .
You need to check your BEST OFFER accepted. I had an item for 59.99. When I decided to add new photos, I noticed that the best offer was set to 22.oo! I know that I did not write that. So check your items from time to time.
