A buyer bought three items. I sent them an invoice. The buyer requested that I cancel one of the auctions. I agreed and canceled it. The third item is still listed in the invoice. How do I revise the invoice to delete the item?

Go to the actions drop down next to the order and choose send invoice. You should be able to send a new one, canceling out the old one.

Open one of the buyers purchased items, Click send invoice.
