How do you determine the price in a Sold listing ?

When I go to sell something I usually check to see what other people have sold similar items by looking at the Sold listings. The problem I have is I am not sure I am interpreting the price info correctly. I listed 4 examples as was wondering if my assumptions are correct.

$28.50
2 bids
+$8.80 shipping
This auction had 2 bids and the buyer paid $28.50 + $8.80 shipping

$64.99
Buy It Now
+$18.99 shipping
This item sold via Buy It Now for $64.99 + $18.99 shipping

$63.99
Was: Previous Price $79.99
Best offer accepted
+$14.15 shipping
This item was sold for the Best Offer price of $63.99 + $14.15 shipping, and the original price was $79.99

$59.99
Best offer accepted
+$14.99 shipping
Okay, this is the one I really don't get. Looks like the item sold for a Best Offer price, but was it $59.99 + $14.99 shipping or not ?

(Got these from https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=AUSTIN+NICHOLS+WILD+TURKEY+1986&_in_kw=1&_ex_kw=&_sacat=0&LH_So... )

Thanks

Jack

How do you determine the price in a Sold listing ?

If you don't want to use terapeak and a close estimate is fine then you can research it by changing the sort order by highest first and then page down to the item in question and then look at the price of object above it and the price of the object below it and you know it sold for between that amount.

For example the item you are questioning when changed to highest search order the item above it sold for $63 and the item below it sold for $50 but the item in question was listed at $59.99 so you know it sold for between $59.99 and $50.   On this example the item above it was a higher price then this sellers original price so you can narrow the field but sometimes the item price above it is less than the crossed out item price you are questioning and you can narrow the field even more.

For example after changing to highest price search you page down and the item above your interested cross out price of $59.99 was sold at $55 and the item below your crossed out item is sold at $50 then you know that the $59.99 item sold somewhere between $55 and $50 .

Hope this makes sense.  Once you figure it out it is easy to follow.

No. It was 79.99,  on sale for 63.99,  then the seller accepted an offer of a different, probably lower, price.
