I was wondering if there is a way to change the comments I made in response to some feedback left on my sellers page. It seems the issue that started the whole mess has been resolved and perhaps my comments should be removed or changed. THANKS!!

Good luck getting it removed, having been engraved in anneal-hardened titanium.
(Oops, I think I just revealed a bit of my background.)

Furthermore, if you're going to be unprofessional you should start a new id for buying. It wouldn't have helped here because you were the seller but if you criticize a competitor, you have no idea if they will come back to mess with your livelihood.

Buyers may hit the back button when they see unprofessional responses.

Yes, that's the one. The order was crossed with another order. I had received the one item back and yet had no answer from the other. Tracking showed it had been delivered days earlier. After the 3 day I got a "I did not rec. my ring I ordered." I said I realized that and explained yet again what had happened. I said you should have rec a necklace instead. Still after days she did not ask for a refund for something she ordered yet did not rec. I questioned tha and of course then she asked for a refund on the ring. LOL. She said I called her a LIAR and I never called her that one time. I simply asked questions. I said if you did not rec. it and claim you have gotten nothing I have tracking showing it was delivered. It now becomes a federal crime if it was stolen from your mail, l so I have to report it to the Post Master General as requested by the Post Office. Over 10 days later I have gotten a message and my necklace back. It seems it was mixed in with her other jewelry somehow. I asked no questions and said Thank you very much. I did let my emotions get high because of the original customer who had also paid for an expensive necklace she did not rec. Double trouble. But I did not mention the word liar until the feedback accusing me of calling her a liar. So if Im getting the blame for it **bleep** well bet Im going to express what it is Im being blamed for. Sorry. Best I got.
