Or do I have to do each one individually? I currently have over 900 items set to automatically send offers. I think it worked better when I just sent offers once a week after they built up.

Not sure of your particular situation or your current setup but the following covers how to turn on/off the automatic offers in various situations.

It doesn't say how to turn off auto offers in bulk unless I missed that part. I know how to turn them off individually for each item.

If any sellers are wondering why buyers put an item on their watch list instead of just buying it, this is one of the reasons.
As a buyer, I always put an item on my watch list for a couple days to see how much of a discount the seller is willing to give me without my even asking or even knowing who I am.
Then after I get his offer and know how low is willing to go voluntarily, I make an offer that is another 10% or more below that.

Unfortunately, while there's a quick way to view them: (https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active?catType=storeCategories&status=SIO_AUTO_SEND_ENABLED&q_field1=tit...), there's no quick way to just turn off offers to buyers except one (that isn't the best option that could be made available, but it does work):
End and Relist anything that has Offers Sent Automatically to Buyers.
I know, not optimal, but it'll do the trick if you've truly got more than you want to fix manually.

Things like this are why I quit using OBO long ago. I have better things to do with my time.

Ugh! Want to leave my store on during time away mode but don’t want to get dinged if an auto offer goes out and is accepted and I can’t ship for 10 more days because I’m away. Looks like my only choice is to go in and turn off each auto offer for over 200 items. Hey eBay! How about a way to do this bulk edit??

Perhaps someone should confirm if auto-offers go out when you're in time-away mode (and listings are hidden, I presume if you're away for 10 days you will still allow sales). Unfortunately you have to stick to your handling times if you send out an offer, but not sure how this works for auto-offer. I think if a buyer is receiving any offer, they expect it to ship right away.

You should be able to go into your business policies and do a bulk edit. Remove the best offers & edit the whole set of listings. Now if you have made any offers in the last couple days you will have to go in and change those separately once the offer expires.
I hope this helps.

Not wanting to cause an argument. But, this is the problem. If you are not truly interested in the item, this whole situation is not helpful to sellers. That is why a lot of sellers are removing best offer.
The whole "Game" of what will you take is not okay on eBay. It is not a Garage sale. After watching the Open yesterday, it is clear that they want to build eBay and make it better.
Not cheapen it by the "Game" of what will you take, or what's the lowest price.
JMHO;
Thank you

Thanks for your response. If I choose to end and relist to turn off this feature it bulk, will it automatically turn off when I relist or it there another step involved? I appreciate the help.

Yes, that will turn it off.

Exactly why this is a terrible policy for the seller. Ebay sends out offers with a discount without even notifying the seller. In my case they discounted a lamp I have for sale by $50.00. When I called and asked about this I was told there's nothing you can do except to not accept any offers at all and turn off offers when doing to initial listing. No potential buyer can make an offer at all. I can't understand why ebay thinks this is okay. I hate it. Also after talking with 3 ebay supervisors there is no way to turn this off other than going to each item individually which in my case is 120 items that they have sent offers on. I wonder if other platforms do this. I'm thinking of leaving ebay after 25 years. It's just one ridiculous thing after another.
