Just wondering.
I know about the buyer requirements activity log page - which only shows the 'didn't pay me or someone else' non payers strikes, but I would like to 'see' if any of those people who we have manually blocked - we tell the people we block that we did and why - come back and try to bid on same item or something else. And we know the requirement list hides the bum's ID - we can tell if the same bum tried for a week to bid, must have been hoping their oldest strike has timed out - but with the manually block stuff you never know if it stopped anyone. We only know of one time it did block someone, because the guy messaged us saying he can't make a bid, was not on req... list but found on blocked list.
With a list, even with the ID star-ed out, if it shows the fb amount and the 'member since' like the requirement list - we can/could match that info to a message sender or a non payer.
Even just matching a 'block um' to a bid attempt would be a small 'win'

The only list available is your Block Buyer List- which only lists the 'user' name and NOT the real name, address or reason you put them there.
I keep a notebook for just that reason; if I suspect I 'recognize' a 'real name' or address; I then check my book. If I find they are circumventing, I cancel with reason of 'address'
I once had a guy give me a neg because I didn't ship it today (all listings show/state 5 Bus Days), so I blocked him after shipping his first order. He then used his wife's account to buy something else- it was obvious because she had the same last name and it was a couple days later.

OP here
When we check the buyer requirements activity log page and there is a new 'name' who tried once or more to bid - we get to say 'HA-HA!' like that kid on that cartoon show.
Would be nice to see a BBL showing that some one we took the time to add has been blocked. That would get a loud 'F-ing A!' response from us.

Honestly just curious.... what benefit would a seller get from this ability? If they are blocked, they are blocked... why obsess over it?

I lost count how many I have blocked or why. I got hundreds.

Yes there is a log page.
Buyer Requirements Activity Log
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/blockedbuyeractivities
That page only logs blocks of buyers with too many Unpaid strikes, as set on your Buyer Requirements page (here).
Your Blocked Buyer List is a separate entity, and rejections due to the BBL are not recorded on the Buyer Requirements Activity Log page.

Silly... but can't you just go to your Seller Hub/Shortcuts/Block Buyer List? Tick 'Manage Blocked Buyer List' and you'll find all the ones that you've manually blocked, shown alphabetically. Seems easy-peasy to me...

@steve_stuff: I forgot to mention in my reply above that we did ask eBay in the past, during one or more of the old Weekly Chat sessions, why they couldn't add BBL rejections to the Buyer Requirements Activity Log (BRAL) (which to date seems to only list "Too many Unpaid Item strikes" and nothing else), and never did get a clear answer about why not.
My own unofficial guess is that the code for the BRAL and the BBL was developed by separate entities, possibly years apart, and no one wants to take the time to figure out how to merge the two so that one can log rejections by the other.
