Is something up with the payments screen?

So when I go to payments, I see this:

Prior to this happening, it was requiring my password frequently and kept thinking I was on a new device (sending me warnings). I was going from transaction to transaction to print the details to PDFs for my records. Now it says it ran into a problem when I try to look at transactions and won't show them to me. But it hasn't asked for my password again since I cleared my cookies.

Would like to know if other people have problems with the site. I don't like when I'm doing something and it's not working.

The site is experiencing numerous issues with shipping labels, display of payments info, and log-in issues. I tagged eBay reps for assistance on this thread:

My payments stuff came back and I can see my transactions again.

I guess it was a small hiccup that happened while I was doing stuff on the site. I don't have a need to make PDFs of my sales orders and payment info every day, but I work on that a few times a month. since it's Sept 1, I was finishing up my August stuff when this started to happen and I was unable to view my recent transactions.
