Is my size chart "misleading and complicated"?

I just got a negative feedback by someone who bought a shirt from me who left a comment saying the "size description is very misleading and complicated." The only thing in my description regarding size is a size chart, so I'm assuming she is referring to that. Here is a photo of the chart (yes, I have a size chart as a photo too).

Can anyone tell me what is misleading or complicated about this? It seems pretty clear to me. I'm more than happy to un-complicate it once I know what the problem is.

Another concern is that this buyer bought another shirt from me (with the same size chart) and she might leave me yet another "red badge of courage" for something I apparently am not seeing here.

The size chart in the listing has a lot more sizes listed, and in finer print, plus it doesn't have the image of the shirt showing where the measurements are taken.

Re: Is my size chart "misleading and complicated"?

I was able to understand it even though the version of the chart in the text has more entries for kids sizes as well. You should probably find a way to put the diagram in the text as well because that is an important help to the buyer.

I thought you meant that this was your first Neg but you actually have multiples already. Most are questioning the authenticity of the items and the quality of what they got compared to what was described. You DO have the proper licensing from HBO to be selling Game of thrones merchandise - right? I see lots of other listings you have for NBA team hats ect. - but I dont see any shots of the hologram tags or whatever is on the official merchandise. That might be a more important thing to add to your description because there will always be some numpty who cant read a table of sizes and I cant think of a way to simplify what is there already.

It may be that the measurements for CM is confusing to someone who is used to measurements in inches; still, best to have that there for those who use either system, IMO.

You do have the diagram showing where each measurement is taken, to correspond with the actual measurements.
