Is it possible to contact all of my previous customers AND/OR my subscribers in a MASS message?

I am moving. I wanted to reach out to all of my previous customers AND/OR all those who have subscribed to me / my store to let them know that I am offering 25% off EVERY ITEM I have listed. I cannot do this for each one individually, since preparing to move is taking all of my time. Is there a way I can do this? Thanks!

Not unless they subscribed to your news letter.

That would be considered Spam and it's not allowed.

Not a great idea.  eBay considers it spamming and some customers may not like it.  I would use my social media buttons at the top of the page where it states "Share" Attach your listing to what ever social media you use and post your discount in your listing and see how you do.  It may get them to look at your news letter as well.
