I had heard the above, but not finding anything in discussions. I think it was one of those ebay things that was a "Lets sneak this line into an update and hope no one notices..."
Anyway, is that true now or not? I've just had an $86. order and the buyer says he was "way overcharged" (he hasn't been) so there's some kind of misasumption in his order and I can just feel a cancel request coming. Am I going to get hit with over $8 in fees for a order that gets cancelled? And I don't think PP refunds fees either, that's going to run 14% fees from ebay and pp!
Tell me it isn't true..... ?
