A messag to Jordan Sweetnam on ebay community, please fix these genuine ebay issues.

1 : until Adyen will be launched it will be too late, and till that time pp will not refund the fee to seller in case when buyer send cancellation request to seller. one year gap will ripped off sellers.

2 : In return section, after buyer opened return request and if buyer not return item in time frame, then seller should have the feature to close that return themselves. save cs cost and save seller time.for 5$ item i have to call cs to get return close if time frame is over so much waste of time and cost for cs.

3 : Manage promotion section : two promotions can be run at a time with same priority , buyer do not know which promotion will apply to order if priority is same and seller also do not know which is gray area,(by running two promotion at a time with same priority it shows buyer different promotion on listing and different promotion at checkout which is so much confusing for buyers and for sellers)

4 :  On variation multi listing , there could be different sizes and weight for same kind of  item, but it shows only one kind of shipment for all, what if one item is less then 1 lb and other are more then 1 lb on multi listing variation, why seller should pay same kind of shipment for multi listing based on different weights???? there is option to offer two shipment at a time but actually this feature is not working at all, i have spoken with concierge but so far no solution yet.

5 : Good till cancelled is not fruitful for small sellers there must be option for sellers to have fix or good till cancel listings based on seller business needs. now all fix listings are good till cancel listing which renew automatically which is painful for small sellers.

6 : False SNAD allow buyers to ripp off sellers and there are not checks on it, seller can only report it without know what will happen, there is no promise for it.

7 : for heavy weight items,  sellers are not selling it due to two issues 1 : chances of item being get damage by carrier if ship from NY TO CA  + its taken against seller service metrics etc. 2 : long distance restrict seller from selling heavy items ,what is better seller sell something or not sell at all heavy items???? or find some other platform for heavy items, one day some other platform will start for just heavy items and will take lead then it will be too late,  why ebay do not bring feature that allow seller to sell heavy items to some specific  nearby states based on their location? it will give confidence to seller that they can sell heavy items. 

 

i am just one of example who is not able to upload 600 inventory due to point number 7  there are definitely thousand of sellers who have same issues and other issues too, please share issues which is genuine so Mr.Jordan can take care of eBay Community where it can improve about ebay.

#2. was just complaining about this the other day when I had a buyer open 3 returns and failed to ship them back. So annoying to have to call CS! Like you said, it should be stream lined and a link should be available after the return time has gone by for us sellers to click to close the return, especially when he provides all the stages of showing labels ,if they have or haven't been printed buy seller, no reason why this close return option shouldn't also be added!

mostly this kind of buyers who open returns and do not return are scammers, they expect that seller will might give them partial refund and they will keep the product, i never allow scammer to keep the product and keep the money, this has to be stop, if we no stop it then its give another chance to scammer to play with some other seller. this flaw let buyer abuse the system successfully and there is not control on bad buyer.
