I've heard they take those online complaint forms very seriously.
If you spoke to a supervisor, perhaps go up a level to the Postmaster.

once again no pickup though scheduled and she didn't deliver my package either.
Spoke to post master, just a waste of time, claims i put my tote in a snowbank and his carrier wasn't going to climb into snowdrifts to pick up.
Strange that, because i was in my robe and slippers and i certainly don't remember climbing into snowdrifts before setting down the tote. He must have repeated that statement 20 times in the conversation, and also said any complaints i made would just come to him. So called 1 800 number waited an hour on hold again, case was escalated and will hear tomorrow , my carriers boss the postmaster wants to come to my home and find a place to put my packages. ha ha If the mail carrier can't pick up a tote 2 feet from her car does he really think she would actually walk further to get it ?? Always look to management , bad attitudes seeps out to employees.

keep complaining, that is all you Can do, all I can do. squeaky wheel gets the grease . I'd stand next to the mailbox and demand that she scan my packages before she drove away. Good luck keep us posted?

own private vehicle maybe?? put your items in a heavy plastic bag, garbage if you have to, tie it up, if she complains ?tell her she may have the right to smoke, but you have right not to have your packages stinking like a dirty ashtray when delivered.
