I'm on Ebay from 2021 and it's the first time I'm inable to send invoices or total invoices. The Ebay agents are inable to fix the problem or to give me a resonable answer. They are telling me that they will send a invoice automatically, but the buyer it's inable to pay. I'm loosing buyers but Ebay dosen't care.
Aloso buyers warn me that the postal charges listed by Ebay are 10 times bigger than my real shipping charges. No explication from Ebay

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused explication delays.

There is rarely a need to send an invoice to your buyers. Why are your buyers saying they can’t pay for their orders?

If you are unable to send combined invoices to buyers that purchase multiple items (at auction) it is likely because you retain the defaults ebay placed on your account that initiate "auto-pay".
These are certainly combined shipping killers.
You can see yours here. You can turn them off, but be sure to scroll down and choose save, submit, or apply.

Click submit, apply, or save.
Then for good measure, visit this page:
Scroll down and make sure this setting is enabled and set to yes Allow invoice requests.
