Invoice a buyer who request more of something that was sold

A customer wants more of an item previously purchase by them, and they sent the request by way of a message from an item that's already sold. There is no option to send them an offer.

Can I send them an invoice? I sure don't see a way to do it.

Thanks.

No you can’t send an invoice for Unpurchased items. You need to have the buyer purchase the items, if they aren’t currently listed you have to list them. If they are currently listed the buyer has to purchase them through the listing.

Exactly.  It would be fee avoidance to add an item to the invoice.

That's because you can't.

Tell them you will make a listing for them then send them the item number once it's listed.
