Invoice/Packing Slip

In the past couple of days the Item Name is not appearing in the relevant box on the Packing Slip. Is this an eBay blip or have I hit a button that I didn't know about?

Has anyone else experienced this?

I printed 3 packing slips yesterday, and did not have that problem.

I guess just slow down when you go to print the next packing slip and check for any checked boxes.  I ship almost daily and everything is working fine.

I send items every day as well and it's the first time it's happened. Just have to double check
