Inventory not updating, causing major refund/Seller rating issues

Been a seller for 13 years, Inventory not updating after sale causing rash of refunds and has dropped our Seller Rating. This is a Technical glitch on EBAYs end these issues should not affect our seller rating, but it has. EBAY needs to fix this problem immediately and restore our Seller rating.

You need to contact EBAY customer service and have them CALL YOU BACK.   Unfortunately, HELP does not have a section for TECHNICAL GLITCHES (just choose any reason until you get to prompt that allows you to put in your phone number (for callback).   

 

1) Click on HELP tab from Seller Hub

2) At the very bottom of page (Need More Help) click on CONTACT US.

3)  Click SELLING and TYPE OF PROBLEM

4) At bottom of page (Other Options for You) click on HAVE US CALL YOU

5) Enter your phone number and wait for callback.

It is a known glitch that comes up quite often, again and again, 

buyers are able to buy what you have already sold... 

 

"fix this problem immediately and restore our Seller rating"  that would be nice 🤔
