Inventory Issues

Hi,  All of the items in my inventory are missing half of the pics and I am unable to use the templates to sell again, I keep getting an error message, that says EBay is embarassed and to check back again.  But it has been doing this for 2 days.  What am I missing here?

I put a ticket in on this 3 days ago and yesterday morning they said it was fixed, but it still is not working.  So they resubmitted it and Prioritized it.  Day 5 and this still is not working.  I have over 2000 items in inventory with templates surely ebay must realize the impact this is having.
