I have a question about the listing fees

Hello, I have a question. I am a subscriber to the Starter Store. I have listed 255 listings. I notice that when I want to list a new listing, there is a listing fee of 0.30. I have not seen that before. Does eBay allow listing 250 listings for free per month, or after listing 250 listings on your store, will eBay ask for a listing fee on any additional listing?

A starter store has 250 free insertions per month + $0.30 per listing above that.

An insertion could be a new listing, sell similar, relist, etc.

A fixed price listing counts as an insertion, and is good for one calendar month. At the end of the calendar month, the listing renews automatically which also counts as an insertion. 

• A listing created on June 5 uses one of your June insertions, and you have 249 June insertions left. 
• If that listing renews on July 5 it uses one of your July insertions,  and you have 249 July insertions left. 
• If that listing sells on July 10  you still only have 249 July insertions left.
