No. If the gsp ships to the buyers country, they will only see the gsp option. If the gsp does not ship to that country, then the buyer will see just the 'other' option.
You can pick and choose which items to use the gsp on. For example, some sellers will use the gsp on some listings but set up direct shipping for items under a certain dollar value and items that are heavier. (the gsp is often less expensive for heavy items)
