Since I've been enrolled in International Shipping I have seen no increase in impressions, views, or sales. I've had no international sales. I would think selling in 200+ more countries would yield an increase in all of these sectors. I'm wondering if anyone else has had any luck with an international sale or increase in traffic?

I'm enrolled.
I get international sales every now and then, sales I would not normally get.
I can only guess why you haven't seen an increase in international sales.
My guess is...
The items you sell are easily obtainable in other countries.
International shipping is expensive.
Potential international buyers may not want to pay a substantial international shipping charge on used clothing.

Most of what you sell you can get it, or its equivalent, just about anywhere. I don't really expect international sales, either (I sell pre-owned clothing, also). Sometimes I sell computer peripherals overseas.

As I understand it, being enrolled in International Shipping isn't enough if you have excluded foreign countries from your listings. For those listings, you will have to revise it and uncheck excluded countries.

Your listings are currently showing that you ship only to the US. Did ebay tell you that you were enrolled in ebay international shipping? If so, doublecheck that EIS is checked off in your shipping preferences.

I think it would be very helpful for you read up on EIS and get a better understanding of the program.
eBay International Shipping - Seller T&Cs | eBay.com
Read that carefully as it will only help you.
It appears to me that you have your listings set up to ship to the US only. Ebay does not and will not force a seller to ship internationally. So for sellers that ship to the US only, their listings will remail shipping to the US only, Ebay will not change them to shipping worldwide. Only the seller has the right to do that.
If you change your listings to shipping internationally, only time will tell if you get more views and more sales.

Good catch, I never even thought to look LOL

It’s my understanding that sellers who ship only to the US will have their listings ported to EIS UNLESS they have actually excluded all other countries OR opt out of EIS after eBay has opted them in. The op’s listings only exclude the countries that eBay has excluded on all listings.

What I’m seeing on my phone from this seller are listings where the OP will ship internationally but no international (or at least Canadian) shipping rates are specified. Like @pjcdn2005, I’m wondering if the OP was opted into eIS by eBay or if they just made a few tweaks to their set-up.

Tis true. The seller's account will be set up to use EIS. However Ebay can NOT force sellers to ship internationally nor does anything in the policy say that Ebay would do such a thing. Unlikely something like that would happen in the first place, lots of lawsuits would be flying. No site can force you to ship internationally if you don't want to.
But any listing you have set up to ship internationally would show that the seller ships internationally.

Again, NO. Ebay can't force a seller to ship internationally with or without being optd into EIS.

I can see your items from here in Canada.
But I would have to contact you for the cost of shipping.
And you show only shipping costs for the USA.

I didn't look at all the OP's listings, but the ones I did look at only ship to the USA. Do you have a USA ship to address that you use? Or did I miss some listings that shipped to Canada too.

While you may be enrolled in EIS you need to look at your shipping preferences and uncheck those countries you are willing to sell to internationally. My guess is you are currently excluding all countries. Your impressions and views are not going to increase much if you are not selling/shipping internationally.
As part of the EIS transition I believe eBay and/or the EIS contractor unilaterally modified listings for those that were enrolled in the program and put the following information/message into the listing. At the moment you do not appear to be shipping internationally to any country.
