USPS countries with eDelCon - which have the best and worst record with delivery based on your experiences?

While DELCON is something that's been in the works since 2014/2015, maybe longer? When I looked it up, it seems to have just gone live in 2017/2018. I don't hear or see the USPS offering this yet in NJ or NYC but maybe it's something I need to specifically ask them for.
When you create a listing here is it available on eBay? Also curious what's the context behind your question?

I can vouch for great britain, france, and germany, netherlands It have had more than a few things coming and going and absolutely no problem. Sent and received in a week.
Italy was a nightmare, especially in the summer. Customs takes their sweet time. And one package going there fell off the radar.

It's not something that's offered, it's automatically included just like delivery confirmation here in the US

It went live long before 2017 and it’s not something that is offered, it’s automatically included when shipping to select countries. You don’t have to ask for it.

The Republic of Ireland is a separate country, and not part of Great Britian

I know that, but I was wondering how it tracks with USPS. You said above that you never had a package to Ireland that wasn't marked delivered, but the Republic of Ireland isn't on the eDelcon list, so I wondered if USPS was defining it differently.
Like the British Virgin Islands - do they qualify for eDelcon under Great Britain or would it be separate? I know that's a little different since it's a territory, but your comment about delivery scans is what got me thinking. I'm wondering if USPS may lump certain locations together that aren't spelled out.

No e-delcon to the BVI
Great Britain refers to the island itself, not including the Rep. of Ireland or N. Ireland. In other words, England, Wales and Scotland make up Great Britain.

It is great US sellers are discussing about international shipping. I am in the UK and from time to time, I look at eBay USA for hard to find items, but the shipping cost from the US to UK, is generaly very expensive. The Royal Mail in Britian, is excellent, but US buyers seem to get quotes from FedEx or DHL. I sense there is a dislike among US sellers of USPS..... but they seem to have better pricing on international shipping.
