International Performance Standarts

Just got that announce from ebay:

"Starting August 1, 2017, only sales to buyers outside of the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany will count toward your seller performance in the Global region.

Sales to US buyers will no longer apply to the Global seller performance program.

To maintain your Top Rated status in the Global region, you may need to build up your sales to buyers outside of the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.

To give you time to meet the eligibility requirements, we will continue to offer Top Rated Seller benefits to sellers who are currently Top Rated in the Global region and maintain good performance on sales to that region until February 20, 2018."

Which means what exactly?
Is it means that sales that sold to US, UK,and CA will not consider as reputation and you will not get rates from sales of those countries?

International Performance Standarts

Not sure what you are asking but Q&A says

Could I lose my Top Rated Seller status in the Global program because of this change?

Going forward, the seller status for each of the four Standards regions (United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Global) will be based exclusively on sales to buyers in those regions.
