Posted an untrue feedback to my account.
I have sent a notarized complaint to the local police where he lives. I am seeking defamation damages to my company. I have a C Corporation. We sell drones. eBay has not addressed the issue.
Mr. has a vulgar review. The review comes from his another shill account that he operates remotely.
I can not find a way to contact eBay. I sent emails but have not gotten a response. I stopped selling drones on eBay because customers were asking why I did not ship. I refunded the buyer promptly. The buyer says I would not ship or refund. That is a lie. The payment did not clear in Pay Pal. That is why I did not ship. I refunded within 48 hours after waiting for Pay Pal to clear the payment. This is a scammer who uses this account to only buy. He resells items under multiple accounts. He uses Remote Desktop to log in from other areas to manipulate the eBay system.
Can any one assist?
Thank You.

"Can any one assist?"
With reading the Community Guidelines?
Sure...they are at the top right of the page.
The feedback looks fine to me & would not qualify for removal.
The texts?
Nothing to do with eBay.
"I refunded the buyer promptly."

I find those statements as confusing as most of your post.
How did you refund a payment that did not clear?

There is nothing to assist. The buyer felt you did not ship so they negged you. Perhaps if you had worked with the buyer instead of spinning wild fantasies it could have been worked out.
Why was the payment pending? Was it an e-check?
What was the crime? Giving you negative feedback? Wow.
You only have 22 feedbacks. Only three of those are as a seller. You will need a lot more customer service experience to do well here.
BTW, there is nothing improper about having separate buying and selling accounts. A lot of us do that.

eBay does not have email CS
eBay only removes feedback for 30 days (your neg is not removable, read posts
from other astute posters)
eBay messages are not reportable to eBay
eBay does not get involved in disagreements between members

I think that is the only thing about your post that is allowable and makes sense.
OP, what makes you think that posting the things that you find objectionable - that we would not find them objectionable?
You are a new seller listing high dollar high scam items, you are right to be concerned about scammers. But th time to be worried about how to do things and what to do if something goes wrong is long before you list the item.
Scammers are successful because they know the rules and how to make those rules work in their favor.
