International Package Over 5 lbs - No shipping label options?

I need to ship an international package over 5 lbs and there do not seem to be any ebay label options. USPS stops at 4 lbs and FedEx does not have any options either. Are there any options to create my own label through ebay?

I use the priority option.  1st class has the 4 lb limit but priority does not.

USPS First Class has a 4-pound limit. Use Priority Mail.

Do I have to use a priority flat rate box? The only option for packages on USPS is the Flat Rate Boxes for me. The prority package option has a 4 lb limit also.

International Priority Mail has a 4-pound limit but only for the flat-rate envelopes and small flat rate box.  Weight limit for the Medium and Large flat rate boxes is 20 pounds.  If you use your own box, the weight limit is 70 pounds.

There are several choices under priority international.  The first one is thick envelope/package and then you are prompted to enter the weight and dimensions.  You can use a priority box or your own box.

There are also several flat rate options with their own limitations and you do have to use flat rate boxes for those.
