Insert Counter Error

The number of free inserts left is incorrect.  Yesterday the counter showed I had 14 free inserts remaining.  After I did 2 inserts, the counter had dropped to 9 remaining.  I didn't revise any listings.  I've inserted a total of 22  this month and it shows I have inserted 41 listings.

The free listings aren't just for new listings.  Any listings that roll over from last month count too.

fern*wood, thanks for the response.   Does that mean if I  insert a listing today as a fixed price item and it doesn't sell by the end of the month, it counts as a rollover and it reduces next month's count?

Yes, every time it rolls over it will count either toward your freebees, or there will be a listing fee if you are out of freebees.   I'm not sure how many freebees you have remaining this month, but you have over 200 listings, so you might keep an eye out for the rolling ones.  If you don't mind paying the listing fee, then do nothing, otherwise you would need to end them.

Do the listings that you indicate to renew 8 times also count?  I don't think it's always been this way.

They're counting on the April 200 listings promo because of a bug in the promotion. They're not supposed to come off the promo but they are. Once you use up that 200 promo any of the listings using the 8 automatic relists will operate as they normally do.
