I have tried selling on other e-commerce sites and Ebay's fees seem to me to be the lowest (or comparable) of other sites.
I just priced out storefront space rental in my little podunk village I live in. $6 per sqft. The only thing available now is a 11,000 sqft space with a one year lease.
Even if I wanted to lease a 1,000 sqft space, I think that's still more than I pay in Ebay fees, and not getting a worldwide buying market
As stated in other posts on this thread, the fees have been about the same for at least 12 years.
The only difference is now with Managed Payments, we are getting fees pulled before we get our cut. But I sure prefer that over getting a $300 - $500 invoice!
