An inconsistency I found in one of your listings is that in the description you say something can be returned in 14 days, but your actual return policy is set for 30 day returns.  Buyers are going to be less likely to buy from you if they see inconsistencies in your listings.  It doesn’t give them much confidence in you as a seller.

Your elephant bank does not look new. I would think it is just the lighting. To be honest calling something like that new gives buyers a second thought about your honesty. The reason I say that is I have a couple of older banks close to yours that look new but they are 20 years old.

What does increase my sales? Running sales often, something like 3 times a month, one week long each. Ebay advertises sales a lot. It does bring more sales into my store.

I used to as well. I do post listings mostly using the iPhone, so an app is much quicker for me. Has fewer features than size.ly, but get the job done!
