Hello
Please, can someone help me
I want to increase limits of my account, but already two months I see the following:
Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for an increase to your selling limits. You may need to build up your selling history or wait until your current monthly limit is reset before you can request another increase to your selling limits.
Please, help me...I don't know what to do? How to increase? and why I see this all time already two months
My best wishes
Ashot

You have 1 negative feedback which will age off soon.
Check your Seller Dashboard to see any problems. That may be the reason you aren't getting an increase.

Thanks a lot
But I don't know what to change at Seller Dashboard to resolve this problem

You need to look at your defect percentage to see what the problems are.
Do you have defects?
If you do you will have to improve. eBay evaluates sellers on the 20th of every month.

My transaction defect rate is 00%
Last shipment rate is 00$
Cases closed is 00
Subscription is for 1000 fixed price Items, I'm selling 600 items
I don't understand the problem
And I don't see defects except one negative feedback and still can't increase limits

You don't have much recent feedback as a seller so that may be why you have limits. When you gain more positive feedback eBay will increase your limits.

Read this link -
Doubt that one neg feedback will have an effect on your selling limits. Feedback scores used to be a considered a selling metric but hasn't been for several years.

OP was given that link in a prior post.
Negatives can indicate defects in a seller's Dashboard.

I just had my selling limits raised (and payment holds removed)--it took 3 months, which I understand is the standard for new sellers.

"OP was given that link in a prior post." No harm no foul
"Negatives can indicate defects in a seller's Dashboard." No where in my Seller Dashboard does it show an evaluation for Neg. or Neutral FB. It used years agoto especial if you fell below a 90% rating as a seller.

A negative doesn't count but it can mean a request was opened and eBay stepped in and that would be a defect. Many buyers will leave negative feedback for the seller if they have to get eBay to step in. Defects can get an account restricted. The Seller Dashboard can show a seller why they are limited.
