Hi, I have just recently started using an employee from Pakistan to help with listings. They are set as an authorized user on my store and can create listings. I have covered all of my bases as far as getting them the correct files, and while everything else is perfect, the image quality is not the same as when I upload the image myself. When she completes a listing, the image has a sort of grain/compressed look to it, not near the high quality of the original file. After discussing this with her, she has laid out exactly what her process is from downloading the files, and uploading them into the listing, etc. All of this process is normal and she is doing everything perfectly. She is listing directly through eBay and is on a laptop. I am at a loss as to why, when she does a listing, the image quality is decreased. She is located in Pakistan if that helps with any theories on as to what might be going on here.
If anyone can share any insight, I am really just trying to diagnose this issue because she is a very good asset to my store. Thank you for any input, I appreciate it any help I can find on this.
