How do I cancel a label and re-print it again?

I used to be able to do this and seller hub. Now all I see are options to purchase another label. I had purchased some labels and emailed them to FedEx for printing. But FedEx is no longer storing emails for longer than a few days. So my labels are un-reachable

Fedex doesn't charge until they are used? 

I know on USPS labels you can go to the label page in SH under orders and void those there......  don't really know about fedex.......

With the USPS labels purchased through eBay, at the top of almost every page is a link that reads Help & Contact. Click on this link and in the search type void labels and you well be directed to your "manage Shipping" page and can void your labels or reprint from there.

How to void a shipping label

How long you have to void a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

• USPS: You have 5 days to void a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund. If it's approved, you'll receive an email that you have been refunded
• UPS: UPS labels can't be voided as you won't be charged until the package has been delivered 
• FedEx: FedEx labels can't be voided because you're not charged until the package has been delivered

So you can go to your sales and chose to print another label from the drop down menu by the item.
