This is an option you can turn on/off under “Reach more buyers” in the listingh tool that charges $0.50. It seems to opt in I must assume a sizable British buyers for some reason shop on eBay UK site exclusively that are also interested in overseas sellers’ listings. It doesn’t appear logical to me. And if eBay gives sellers the option to list in eBay UK why not eBay CA? I remember eBay DE was an option before.

The listings will show up to the uk buyers at ebay uk only if they visit your store, but will not showing up at search result or on other placements at ebay uk unless you turn on the international site (UK) option.
if you want to try this, go to your ebay uk store in uk URL link as following:
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/robxznyc
and make sure you change your shipping address into uk address.
Good luck..

if you want to reach to uk buyers without paying $0.50 for each listings, you can listing new items at ebay.co.uk, it's free of charge:
1- Log in at ebay.co.uk , you don't need to create a new ebay account, you will log in at ebay.co.uk via your current account in ebay.com
2- then create a new business policy there (Payment policy - Shipping policy - Return policy) and make sure that you put the shipping cost & listing price in UK pounds dollars (GBP).
3- Finally list items at your ebay.co.uk seller account, and make sure you promote it by (Promoted Listings) in uk.
Good Luck...

If I post on the uk site in GBP, eBay will automatically convert GBP to USD when they send me payout?

As stated on the other thread...........I disagree with this......

This is a general search, not a search of the poster's store.......on the Uk site, with shipping to the UK and his listing shows:

look, his item# 195402644625 showing up to you at ebay uk search, because he still enabled the international site option on this item, but try to search for other of his items like item# 195390941039 , you will not find it at uk search.

UK buyer will find it if he enables worldwide.....

UK and US sellers are the only two for whom eBay designed the Global Shipping Program, which is a Seller Protection to soothe the fears of paranoid and xenophobic sellers . (Can you say Brexit, children?) US sellers are even allowed to Block some states and territories.
The rest of the world (and most US and UK sellers actually) cheerfully ship internationally without any extra coddling.
And those fears also cover some UK and US buyers, who are terrified of buying outside their borders.
The USA is still the world's largest single economy. (The EU is actually larger, but is made up of many nations.) There is little reason for a US resident to buy or sell outside his own borders.
Equally there is little reason not to sell internationally.

No, uk buyers can't find it at ebay uk search if the item not been enabled the international site option.
only if the uk buyers visit his store, he can find it there, or the seller send the uk buyer the direct link.

I didn't enable the International site option through edit listing on any of my listings. Perhaps without paying for this option listings may show up on the uk site but not guaranteed?

Aqeequsoug......that's just plain wrong..........
I've shown you 3 searches on the UK site with UK address that shows 3 items from 2 sellers in general search, never in store search. Worldwide may have to be enabled by the buyer, but they do show.....
And hopefully the sellers involved can see it............
I'm done.

I think that may be right........I do think if the buyer in the UK enables that worldwide, he may be able to see everything. I also think that perhaps paying the extra fee may get you better placement than without it. On your more expensive stuff, it might be worthwhile to experiment with the fee..... I would imagine that using Worldwide as opposed to UK only searches would be more common in the UK than here since there is such a wide market in Europe........but that's a guess.......
