If they don't pay in 4 days, cancel the sale. Reason: Buyer did not pay.
They will be given a "strike" by ebay.
If they earn enough of these strikes, ebay will punish them severely.

Unless it was listed with Immediate Payment Required, your buyer has 96 hours to pay.
PS: WOW -- Just looked at your prices. How much money do you expect to make with an item listed for $7.88 (or less) with free shipping?

There is no set in stone deadline. eBay merely says you must wait four days before you can cancel the sale. YOU set the terms for your own business.
I’m selling collectibles to stamp collectors. The top sellers in my category tell buyers to buy multiple items, but to pay for everything in their cart before day 30. So I do that too. And ya know what? It works very well. I look at my sold but not paid for and I see things that were bought by same person a week apart. I don’t freak out like folks here. I just leave it be. Soon enough the person buys a third item (or another 10) and cashes out.
I see a lot of regular customers names in the folder. I know they are good for it. After 3 weeks I send a nudge to pay before day 30 because eBay will cancel the sale. (Blame eBay.. I have my settings so eBay will cancel and relist at 30 days).
So there is no law or eBay rule. You are free to think for yourself. Look in your categories and see what other sellers.. the big successful ones are doing and match their terms.
