IS there any Promised end-to-end (E2E) delivery time policy for US ebay account?

My selling limits have been reduced recently because SEA selling policy, read more here: https://sellercentre.ebay.com.my/selling-policies/sea-selling-policies/warehouse-forward-deployed

This is really tricky because ridiculous unsatisfactory rate. I quoted:

"Unsatisfactory delivery rate, as defined by the percentage of eligible transactions where a buyer:

  • Filed an Item Not Received (INR) case, or
  • An Item Not Received (INR) message, or
  • Left a 1 star Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) for Shipping Time"

If this rate >= 2% you will get selling limit deducted which mean 2/100 customer send you a message about not receiving item or let you 1 star (many customer do these because they can't wait and hurry seller all the time)

So my question is, is there any similiar policy applied to US ebay account?

@merica139

I wasn't aware of this program/policy, I have only read the page you linked to so it's possible I may not be understanding the policy 100%.

A couple of comments, first thing is that if you are shipping from the USA to US customers these requirements should not be too hard to meet.

Second and most important, there is a severe problem with (mostly but not exclusively) Asian sellers who list items with a US location of the inventory (and probably UK/AU as well) but in fact they ship from outside the US and delivery times are nowhere near what is promised.

Then there are the sellers who are using very poor quality dropshippers so even though the goods are shipped from the US to US buyers as stated in the listings the delivery times exceed the estimates.

Buyers simply won't tolerate slow deliveries any more and there is far too much online competition to let it continue.

Is there a connection between these requirements and Fast n Free and/or Guaranteed Delivery?

Thanks for your reply. There's no connection with Fast and free. When you're using warehouse services, it's extremely hard to make this Unsatisfactory delivery rate below 2%. Because first, warehouse sometimes don't ship on time (even Amazon warehouse can't ship on time 98% orders, I believe), second, lost/ damaged/ stolen packages happen every month, third, there are a lot of scammers who claim not received case on ebay.

If you increase the handling time, that should cover the problems..if you have proof of delivery, you should win the INR cases.....
