Good to see you here...I used to buy Uruguay and Argentina items from you way back.  

 

Although, USA is a huge market, for the items you sell, I can understand the frustration of not having access to the european markets.  

 

Have you contacted Ebay or customer service through Facebook?  There must be some kind of mistake.  Follow up with customer service on Facebook.

You didn't really give us any details, so there won't be any help from us because we don't know what your issue is.  Did you get too many INR?  Did you not resolve them?  What's happening for you?????

ebay do mistake

If the product was sent with a tracking number and the customer opened a case that he did not receive
It's not my problem!!!
The customers are lying

That is simply NOT true.  If the tracking does not show delivered it is the Seller's problem.  

 

Ebay has VERY good protection for sellers when an INR is filed IF the tracking shows delivered, seller wins 99.9% of the time. 

 

But if it isn't showing as delivered on the tracking, then you need to get to work to help your buyer.  

 

The rules are the same for everyone.

Since you are located in Israel and drop shipping from the US, you have no way to prove that the items were or were not received as you clearly did not ship them, your vendor did and they may not have.  To say a customer is lying is something you cannot prove either.  These are the risks of drop shipping and the outcome is usually not good.  Sorry.

Sometimes vendors are not truthful with tracking numbers, especially where drop shipping is concerned.  They'll remit a number just to pacify you, but it's fake.  Another downside to drop shipping.  Lots of crooked vendors out there. Also, if you are drop shipping from a 3rd party which means you are selling things from another site thru ebay, that can end your selling career very quickly.  One of your feedback states you were sending them merchandise thru Amazon, not ebay and that is a BIG policy violation.  I'd be careful if I were you.

Getting upset with me will not help your issue.  As I shared with you in the private emails you sent.  Your issue is with the Service Metrics and the penalties it imposes when you meet or exceed their limits.  You need to review your Service Metrics numbers.  You have more INRs than you have shared in the last 90 days for this to be an issue.

 

I didn't create that issue for you.  It happened.  You need to take this up with Ebay.  No one here can help you with this problem or get your sanctions lifted.  The ONLY way to work on fixing this issue is for you to work directly with Ebay.

 

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
