INR rate

I received US Corridor Block + End Listings Restriction due to high INR rate on the May 9th. I was evaluated today and as i can see my INR rate now is 0% but i still have restriction. How does it work and when my restriction will be removed? I don't understand if it can removed

 You are an international seller in Ukraine, and it looks like you got caught up in the crack-down Ebay initiated against international sellers that have too many INRs, and/or other violations of policy.

In order to be reinstated, sellers must show consistent improvement in lowering the amount of BBEs (bad buying experiences) on one’s account. See the link below for more information.

If you have substantially improved your standing, contact customer service and request a review for possible reinstatement. But don’t jump the gun—when did your restriction begin? If recent, i would show more improvement over a longer duration to foster your best chance. Good luck!

I received the restriction on May 9th, it started on May 21
There is no problem with my BBE rating. There is only problem in INR (which actually increased through no fault of me, the buyer opened the case while the parcel was delivered.)
Here is what EBay says about restrictions:

“eBay will still evaluate the INR% performance of your accounts as long as there are eligible transactions. The restriction will be removed automatically once your INR% performance is lower or on par with the market average in subsequent evaluation periods.“

At some point, I won't have enough transactions in the United States for past dates and then it will come to a standstill.

move to another platform such as amazon.com,walmart etc.

ebay not reinstated seller account again now ebay have no support for sellers it is only buyer friendly.

in past two months many sellers account have shut down due to ebay bbe policy and sellers have not in any fault all items delivered to buyer,but buyer opened ir case so many sellers trapped in this scenario.

If you think Amazon or Walmart are more lenient in this regard you are mistaken.

You said "it started" on May 21.  I assume you mean the restriction?  The restriction is cannot sell in US Corridor, right?  So, if you cannot sell in US Corridor, then how can you improve it?    Customers on ebay.com located in the US are not allowed to buy your items?
