So I've been finessed on here, more than a few times. I always have a funny feeling when a buyer is fishing for refund vs when its justified. As a experienced seller with 100% positive, I feel obligated to refund people. (yes if I really feel like its a shady return I'll speak up)

Idea: eBay should look into buyers who have multiple returns and check history. Buyers who fish for returns are good at it, they must do this ALL THE TIME on here... no?  There must be a flag system to say, yes this buyer is a shady prick.

Like if you buy 5 things and have 4 returns. you're probably a scam.

Ebay claims they do this. Unfortunately, it's hard to believe anything anymore.

I'm under the impression that ebay does limit how often a buyer can do the refund route.    That at some point in the process the buyer hits a wall and they can't file.

You can recognize these people when they hit a seller for a return or a refund,   But are either unable

or unwiling to file with ebay.

Regarding INR or NAD issues,   I always absolutely insist that the buyer file with ebay.      It keeps everybody

honest.
