When a buyer makes me an offer, I usually want to contact the buyer...so
i click on buyers name and click contact...When it asks for the "Item
Number"... I enter it, and click contact...Its a dead end every time...
( just takes me to "My Messages" ) ...
As a Seller, I want to leave feedback for my buyers, BUT I can find it.
It used to be easy and I would do it once a week. Now I can't find the
list. I know about the "Sold Orders"... I don't have time to go from,
one page, to the next page, and BACK ...
Some dude ordered an album 24 days ago, and NOW wants to return it...
says it's a mistake, he ordered the wrong album. Took you three weeks to
figure it out... Pffffttt.... So basically he played the **bleep** outta
it, and now wants to return it. OK...
I had to contact support. He offered and then denied payment lol.. and
the order got caught in limbo. the AI Support assistant is useless in
these matters.
