You may not be able to list on .com until you have some experience selling in your own area....... you do need to check to see what the rules are there........

The 'anybody' that can 'help' is custome care in eBay.in...given that you are told to call them, you might try, I don't know, calling them?

Have you tried listing your items with worldwide shipping, along with using the pertinent shipping services? That should get them seen worldwide.

New sellers can't sell internationally right away. Have you checked the rules and familiarized yourself with the policies you need to know when selling here? It's not just throw up a listing and get paid. There is much, much more you need to know.
You have to build a history of successfully completed transactions. You might be able to get your limits increased after three months. It will be longer than that before you are allowed to sell internationally. Ebay does not want new sellers disappointing buyers by biting off more than they can chew. So baby steps.
The message is telling you to call CS. So obviously, you should call them.

Unless they're the new favoured chikldren from India who are allowed to toss up THOUSANDS of listings on dot com from the get go (quite often with stock & photoshopped images to boot).
It's kinda comforting to know (in a sad way) that even for the India sellers the playing field is nothing like even.

I agree that is the way IT should happen
however, this may pertain to US listers only ...but,
according to a thread yestarday,
Hi , we do not place limits on international sales for new sellers. You just need to select an international shipping service in your listing. Be sure that More options are enabled on your listing form when going to revise the listing, first. If you had to turn these options on, you would need to select the More options selection under the Shipping section. Lastly, click the +Add international shipping option to select the service you would like to use to offer sales internationally.
If you have any questions about this process, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service so they can help you through these steps

How to sell internationally
Before you can sell internationally, you'll need to:
@Anonymous
So the above from ebay pages no longer applies?

You're trying to compare the published Help Pages with the internal unpublished policies and compare either or both to what happens in real situations.

So need to have sold for more than three months and have at least ten feedback.
I knew three months was before they would consider raising limits. I thought that selling internationally took longer than three months, but see now that it is tied to the same three months.
So relatively new seller, but not a completely new seller as the OP is.

Hi @decoraexpress,
Because you live in India, your account is registered on eBay India. That is necessary because there are rules and legislation from the Indian government that cover your account.
Many sellers in India list and sell on eBay USA (ebay.com). But you still need to work with the customer service representatives on eBay India to get your account set up to do that.
There are requirements like providing your PAN number, and setting your account up correctly for India GST on the selling fees, things like that which are specific to sellers in India. They can also let you know what you need to do to be able to list and sell internationally as a seller in India.

That's pretty obvious, considering the number of new sellers ID's that pop up with thousands of fake silver and such from china and india.

Based on what I've seen that rule about not selling internationally right away hasn't been in effect for years including for North American sellers. The rule is there but it hasn't been enforced in a long time.
