I am looking to get a list of my entire sales history so I became a selling manager went through the process of creating a download request asking for "All Records". When I received the list it was dated back to Sept. 2nd 2017. Now I have been a member of E-bay since 1998. Is it not possible to get my ENTIRE sales history? Or at the very least from 2014 to present?

@robzeee I don't know about eBay other then on the Seller Dashboard, at the very bottom of the page they show the total items sold and total dollars but no breakdown beyond that as far as I know.

The other option to explore is PayPal ... again, not sure how far back their records got but you can get a CSV formated report (opens in EXEL) and set a date range back to as far as they permit and see what happens ... I use this for annual sales and tax purposes.

Going back to 1998 ... that's a strech I think for item by item records ... eBay was only what, about 3 - 4 years old then?

And even that information on the bottom of the Dashboard is incorrect. I have lots more items and dollar amount than they show on there.

Since eBay only allows you to get detailed sales info for up to 90 days, I recommend you use an eBay certified app such as MyCostPro to track sales and profit.

As long as you open it up and click the download button at least once every 90 days, it will automatically compile all of your sales data for you.

That is your responsibility as a seller. I'm sensing this is another seller who missed the fact that PayPal provides a 1099 to Uncle Sam and he wants his money.
